In anticipation of Katie Herzig’s new album, Walk Through Walls (officially out on Tuesday), I’ve been listening to her 2011 album, The Waking Sleep. This song, track #3, is SO EPIC. Love the strings and the beat…the BUILD of the song. Can’t stop listening to it:

I’m very excited to hear Katie Herzig’s new album Walk Through Walls which will be released on April 8th. Meanwhile, she just put out this gorgeous video for the title track of her last album The Waking Sleep (2011). Director Shih-Ting Hung has worked with Katie Herzig before, and here she creates a STUNNING visual landscape for this track:

Katie Herzig – “Free My Mind”
Wow. This is such a cool new tune from Katie Herzig. It just came into the station yesterday and Barbara featured it on tonight’s new music program, Uncharted Waters. I’ve loved all that I’ve heard from Katie Herzig and this new tune is evidence that she’s been evolving even more as an artist. I can’t wait to hear her new album, The Waking Sleep, coming out in September.
