This song, originally recorded by Elvis, has always had a special place in my heart. As a kid, I can vividly remember LOVING UB40’s version of this tune and also “Red Red Wine”. Thanks to L for alerting me to this soft, beautiful (very different) rendition by Ingrid Michaelson:
