Alright, I’ve caught up on sleep and had a bit of time to process everything I experienced at the Newport Folk Festival last weekend. What an incredible three days of music it was!
I hadn’t heard the Irish musician known as Hozier before Newport and WOW, he’s amazing. Check this out, it’s easy to hear in this live performance…his voice is quite intoxicating:

I first came across him when his song “Like Real People Do” was used in an episode of “Teen Wolf”. He doesn’t sound like anything else out there right now.
