This radio station means so much to me. I have never been one to be attached to physical things... so I’m not feeling sad but only excited to say goodbye to this little house that has been the home of @mvyradio for 35 years. A new chapter is ahead, a capital campaign is about to begin, and “the little station that could” will have a new home, with space to GROW. For the past 3 months I’ve had rehearsals up to 5 days a week. Not only is rehearsal a great place to escape reality but it’s also very social. The two groups of people I got to spend time with and create with were really top notch, and it’s rough to know that I won’t see many of them for the foreseeable future 💔 Now it’s back to reality and the piles of laundry I’ve neglected 😩 Things I won’t miss: the drive to and from rehearsal, the aches and pains from all the dancing, and wearing a full face of makeup 🤪 #musicaltheatre #musicaltheater #musicaltheatrelife #communitytheatre #communitytheaterI have been so good with avoiding sweets for the last month or so, but this here devil cookie got me today... well, 3 of em did! 💕🤪 thanks @misslonalisaHeading to #MV real quickThe past few weeks have included more hours of dancing than I ever imagined I could execute, and I’m so proud of myself for rising to the challenge.
