Daytrotter: Emma Pollock

I have fond memories of Emma Pollock and her band so I was psyched to discover this archived Daytrotter session the other day. When I worked at WERS years back, I got the chance to interview this extremely kind and talented Scottish artist. It was a pleasure to chat with her and then she invited me to her show later that night opening for The New Pornographers. I had a blast at the show… I got to watch from backstage at The Roxy and I thoroughly enjoyed both acts. This live session has a few of my favorite tunes from her, with an especially great live version of “If Silence Means That Much To You”.
