I was very psyched to see a Ryan Bingham session posted on Daytrotter today. I haven’t heard too much of his music, but like many others, I was introduced to him by the movie Crazy Heart. Listening now to the live session with him and his band The Dead Horses, I’m loving the cross between country and rock… and his raspy, Dylanesque vocals. I especially dig the tune, “Direction of the Wind.”
