The Weepies – “World Spins Madly On”
When different artists and different forms of art come together in perfect harmony, the result can sometimes be shockingly beautiful. Such is the case with this video. First off, I’m a big fan of The Weepies, and this song. The tune inspired artist Ryan Woodward to create a project incorporating his unique style of animation with a romantic contemporary dance…all set to the music. So he enlisted the help of a choreographer and some dancers, who put together a piece that he then interpreted into this animation. The result is stunning:
