Ben Folds (lyrics by Nick Hornby) – “Doc Pomus”
I heard Barbara play this tune on Uncharted Waters the other night and it made me realize I might REALLY like Lonely Avenue, the collaborative album that Ben Folds and writer Nick Hornby put out earlier this year. For some reason I haven’t checked out more than the single we’ve been spinning on mvy… but I’m gonna sit down with it for sure!
