Jesca Hoop – “The Kingdom”
I remember playing Jesca Hoop a few years ago at WERS and really loving her sound. She has a new album called, Hunting My Dress, and I’m really hearing a lot of growth as I listen to it. She seems to have this powerful but playful thing down very well. At times she reminds me of Bjork. You’ll see what I mean with this song, “The Kingdom” and its visually stunning video:
