On the first few listens, I wasn’t completely floored by this new Mumford & Sons single. But then it really started to sink in. Then I started to turn it up REALLY LOUD. This is the kind of tune that grabs my heart and takes it to new heights for 5 minutes.

I’m REALLY loving the new David Wax Museum single and cannot wait to sit and listen to their entire new album, Knock Knock Get Up, which will be released September 4th. The Avett Brothers NAIL IT with this single. The honest words, the catchy melody…it sounds SO Avett Brothers without being too boring. In September, they’ll release their sixth studio album, The Carpenter. I cannot wait to hear the rest!

“Mercy”
I’m really diggin this new single from DMB. The first minute or so reminds me quite a bit of John Hiatt’s “Have A Little Faith In Me” but there’s enough of a freshness to it to keep me interested. DMB’s new album, Away From The World, will be out in September.
